Model Bertino Tobacco series
You are a Gypsy jazz-player who loves the look of the original vintage Busato and Selmer guitars (for more info also read „the old and the new“ Then this „Model Bertino - tobacco series“ is for you.
Built from the best maple woods available (flamed, tiger or bird eye maple available) with an arched top made from solid spruce, equipped with the best hardware from MILLER (Switzerland), the tobacco series was designed after my advices and crafted by Edward Polak to be the most beautiful vintage looking and playing gypsy jazz guitar available on the market today.
The neck is made from maple as well, designed as three-piece neck with a stripe in the middle and an ebony fretboard.
It plays super easy with great treble and midrange but also very good balanced bass and great attack on it. The sound of the „Model Bertino - tobacco series“ is very fine with great overtones, but also little rough with that touch of bark that every good gypsy guitar needs.
This guitar in sound, look and feel is very close to the original Busato guitars crafted in the 1940's.
Delivered to you with a special guitar case that fits perfect to protect this precious guitar.
